Today this small company still manage to find areas to innovate with designs such at the “Angleset” and “AER” headsets, keeping themselves ahead of the competition and forging a healthy path for their business. However, this successful company are the epitome of an era in the cycling industry that whose days are coming to an end.

Morewood and Richard Carter have developed one of the most respected
mountain bike brands in existence today. So it is with sadness that we
officially announce Patrick’s departure from the company. Feeling the need
for a change, he has gone on to pursue new challenges. “It has been an
honour to work with Patrick through the years,” says Richard. “He has
played an invaluable role in the business and the development of product.
We have experienced a lot together on our journey and I wish him the very
best for the future.”
Formula disk brakes were once thought to be somewhat challenging to bleed, thanks to some design changes and modifications however the new generation of R1 and The One brakes are super simple and can be blead quickly and simply without even having to remove the lever from the handlebar.
